BIKE CHECK:ROOTBEER
We have a bike check from abroad this time and its from our beloved Rootbeer, This his is winter bike set up for the harsh chicago snow.
frame/fork: soma fab RUSH 59cm
wheels: pink
tires: soma eversquares 700×25
gearing: 42×16; if you are important enough, people will wait.
stem/handlebars: 3T mutant and the bars i stole from you Grandma
seat/post: WTB, post i used to use as a hammer at one point, still works, think its a Ritchey
brakes: cane creek reverse levers and some Tektro R720sss, its fixed, but im lazy
cranks/pedals/straps: Sugino grand mighties that i had lying around, animal pedals and OG BO straps
mods:
SKS retard fenders, CETMA 5 bar rack for pizza, Crane bell for the ladies, voodoo doll for safety favorite part: stem

why did i build this setup?
cause winter in Chicago is effing brutal and it will destroy a bike. fixed w/ dual brakes is the best way to combat ice and i had most of the crap lying around anyways, so why not build a bike.
